Personal Resilience

Supporting leaders to sustain wellbeing and resilience during change

Leaders across local government and the wider public sector are navigating constant change, from funding pressures and increasing service demand to structural reform and evolving expectations.

These pressures can take a significant toll on personal wellbeing and resilience. My work creates space for leaders to pause, reflect and explore practical ways to strengthen resilience and sustain wellbeing while continuing to lead effectively.

Personal Resilience and Wellbeing

In demanding environments, personal resilience becomes essential. Leaders are often supporting their teams and organisations through significant change while managing their own pressures.

This work creates space for leaders to step back and reconnect with habits and practices that support sustainable wellbeing.

My approach draws on insights from positive psychology, neuroscience and behavioural science, alongside my longstanding interest in wellbeing and stress management.

A Bespoke Approach

Every organisation and leadership group faces different challenges. For that reason, my work on personal resilience is always designed around the context, audience and desired outcomes.

What People Are Saying

“The personal resilience session was informative and enjoyable with exactly the right amount of information combined with interactive elements and breakout session. This is particularly important given political upheaval in many local authorities and have already recommended to colleagues. Genuine benefit gained from today's session.”
