Other Ways I Can Support You

Alongside coaching and leadership development programmes, I also support organisations across local government and the wider public sector in a number of additional ways.

These approaches create space for reflection, shared learning and practical development for leaders and teams.

  • Action Learning Sets

Action learning sets bring small groups of leaders together to explore real challenges they are facing in their work. Through structured questioning and peer learning, participants gain new perspectives and develop practical solutions.

  • Review of Culture in a Service

Working with teams to explore how culture is experienced in everyday practice. Through facilitated conversations, teams reflect on what is working well and where changes in behaviour or ways of working could strengthen the service.

  • Group Coaching

Group coaching brings together leaders who are facing similar challenges. Participants reflect on their experiences together while benefiting from coaching questions and shared learning.

  • Workshops and Masterclasses

Interactive workshops and masterclasses exploring leadership topics relevant to local government and the wider public sector. Sessions combine practical tools, reflection and discussion so participants leave with ideas they can apply directly in their work.

“Emma has worked with Sutton delivering leadership coaching, group coaching for our aspiring leaders and supporting us to understand team culture within a service. She balances challenge and support skilfully, quickly getting to the heart of what’s needed. Her approach is collaborative, practical and responsive, supporting both individuals and the organisation to make progress.”

“I have commissioned Emma for over five years to support change, transformation and leadership development. This included whilst I was leading the first homelessness and rough sleeping strategy post-Grenfell at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Year One of 2025-2030 Southwark Council’s strategy. Her objective perspective, bespoke leadership frameworks and compassionate, trust-based approach helped challenge existing practice and deliver lasting, meaningful change. Many of the professional and personal development that has been made is directly linked to her work with and across my teams and services. A top coach and a great person to work with.”
