Leadership Development Programmes

Supporting confident, thoughtful leadership in complex organisations

I design and deliver leadership development programmes that support both aspiring and established leaders at different stages of their leadership journey.

These programmes create space for leaders to reflect on their practice, develop deeper self-awareness and strengthen the skills needed to lead people and services effectively.

Each programme is bespoke and designed around the organisation’s context, leadership challenges and desired outcomes.

Leadership Development

Leadership in today’s public sector requires the ability to navigate complexity, build strong relationships, think strategically and lead through change.

Through facilitated workshops, reflection, discussion and practical exercises, participants explore their leadership approach, develop understanding of themselves and others, and strengthen the skills needed to lead effectively in complex organisations.

A Bespoke Approach

Each programme is designed specifically for the team and organisation, ensuring it reflects the real challenges leaders are facing.

Programmes may include:

  • Online masterclasses

  • Half-day or full-day workshops

  • Multi-module leadership programmes

  • Leadership development embedded within wider organisational programmes

Many programmes combine workshops with coaching, peer learning and reflection between sessions.
