With over 30 years’ experience in local government, including 15 years at assistant chief executive and director level, I understand the realities of leading within complex public sector systems.

I’m an experienced leadership coach and facilitator with over 1300 coaching hours, working with over 300 individuals and teams. I have a background in local government with more than 30 years senior leadership experience, including 15 years at assistant chief executive and director level. I now support leaders and teams across the public sector to navigate change with clarity, confidence and stronger relationships.
