What I can offer

I bring together my leadership experience, my life experience and my passion for wholeness and well-being.

I can work with senior leaders, human resources and organisation development leads to develop bespoke packages for individuals and teams. This may include a whole range of situations; succession planning, talent management, improving performance, improving confidence and self-belief, preparing for retirement or outplacement and personal and team well-being support for staff – particularly through the pandemic. The following are some examples:

All sessions will be delivered over Zoom or Microsoft Teams during Covid-19 restrictions.

Pre-coaching conversation

For all potential clients, I offer a 30-minute video or telephone call to explore what you’re looking for and what the best package would be for you.

30 minutes

Thinking partner

You may want to have a one-off session where you would like to explore a specific issue with someone who is objective – and can swiftly help you find a way forward for the area you would like to work on.

1 hour

Exploratory coaching

You may have a number of different areas that you would like to explore and work creatively on with a coaching partner. So, we can work out the frequency that’s best for you – a rapid succession or spaced out – up to 6 months.

3 x 1 hour sessions

Coaching for transformation

This is a much deeper process where we develop an inspirational goal – something you really want to achieve, along with a plan of action. We’ll then explore your insights, learning and any obstacles that may arise. Finally, we’ll ensure there is a plan for sustainability. These sessions will usually take place monthly for the first six sessions and then a final session after six months.

6 x 1 hour monthly sessions plus one 1 hour follow up after 6 months

Coaching for wellbeing

These sessions will explore areas that you would like to improve, so you can increase your well-being, together with the power of working with a group for sharing ideas, experiences and on-going mutual support. This is a programme for four people over four months. Each person will have an initial one hour individual session. There will then be three group sessions and a further individual one hour session.
